Do you ever struggle with your emotions? Do experiences in your life cause you to become emotionally unglued? Do you struggle to find a constructive solution to dealing with these raw emotions? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then H2H is the place for you! This year we will take a look at our emotions, the reasons why we react the way we do and then discover biblical solutions to dealing with these emotions. We will be studying Lysa Terkeurst’s book “Unglued: Making Wise Choices in the Midst of Raw Emotions.”
