One Year Bible Reading Guide:

Ezekiel 12:1-14:11
Hebrews 7:1-17
Psalm 105:37-45
Proverbs 27:3

Verse of the day:

The Lord brought his people out of Egypt, loaded with silver and gold; and not one among the tribes of Israel even stumbled. (Psalm 105:37)

God’s people went forth with Him from Egypt no longer as slaves, but free people. They were no longer poor and needy, but possessed silver and gold given to them by the Egyptians. And they moved forward with strength and provision from the hand of God.

If this was what the children of Israel experienced after partaking of the Passover lamb prior to leaving their bonds of slavery behind, (a Passover lamb that was only a shadow or type of Christ), how much more will we who have come under the covering of the blood of Jesus, the Lamb of God, experience such blessings?

When you put your trust in the Lamb of God, who took upon himself our iniquities and was sacrificed for us, you will go forth daily, neither poor nor feeble, but abundantly supplied and divinely strengthened in Christ!
